Hello! My name is Kait, and I am a proud mom of two wonderful children, a boy and a girl. My faith in Christ is a very important part of my life, and I have always had a heart for caring for and helping others—especially children.
Although this is my first position working in childcare, I bring several years of caregiving experience with me. I have worked in the medical field and in home health since I was 18 years old, where I developed a strong passion for supporting and caring for people.
I am incredibly excited and grateful to be part of the wonderful family here at Faithful Foundations. It means so much to me that I’ve been welcomed as the one-year-old teacher, and I look forward to helping the children learn, grow, and feel loved in a safe and nurturing environment.

Hell, my name is Lawanda. I have always wanted to work with children from a young age. As a young mother, I babysat for my neighbors, when my son was in Kindergarten. I went to work in the school lunchroom. It was my first "real job." I thoroughly enjoyed my job and co-workers and worked as a lunch lady for 4 years until we moved to NW Florida, Fountain. I ended up working at a plant nursery in With a for almost 5 years; however, I still wanted to work with children, so I began the process. I became a substitute teacher, and then I started in childcare in 2008 for 4 years as the one's and three's teacher.
I came to work for Mrs. Donna Davis at Precious Memories in 2012 and have been with them until now. I have been a teacher of every age group except VPK, and the ones who have my heart.
I left for retirement but came back to work in the kitchen, where I'm the Cook and so much more!
I love children and my job. I am excited to begin this journey with Faithful Foundations Academy!
